We offer you two methods of delivery: the most inexpensive one - free shipping for all orders, and the expedited priority handling.
- FREE SHIPPING on ALL ORDERS
Usually we ship your order on the next business day after your payment clears through the payment processor (which is a few days after its being deducted from your account). Normally eChecks clear within 5-8 business days from receipt. Then shipping takes about 7-10 business days from Europe depending on your location in the USA. Overall you should receive your order within 3-4 weeks from the date you placed it online. Please note that we will expedite the shipping on our end but international shipping is beyond our control. So please dont wait until you supply has run out - order ahead of time! - Rush Order Priority (currently not available)
If you want to rush your order you can select "Rush Order Priority" option during checkout and we well route your payment through our fastest payment processor and package your order before your payment clears. We will guarantee shipping within 12 hours after your payment clears, however because of the USPS cutoff times your order may take additional time to ship. We also can not guarantee exact USPS delivery time to your destination. Still you will usually get it much faster using "Rush Order Priority" option.

The information you provided to us as a result of your online purchase, such as your name, E-mail address, phone number(s) and point of delivery or forwarding address are only used for billing and shipping. This information is then automatically deleted from our database unless you decide to create your frequent customer account with us and keep your info for faster checkout during future transactions.

- If you are not completely satisfied with our product please contact our service department for RMA form and return instructions. We can not accept returns and process refunds without RMA form.
